Salon Policy

WE NO LONGER PROVIDE LASH EXTENSION SERVICES.

Appointments:

  • Please arrive 5 minutes before your appointment to complete any necessary forms and enjoy a calm start to your visit.

  • If you arrive late, your session may be shortened or canceled to avoid inconveniencing the next client.

Late Policy:

  • Clients arriving more than 5 minutes late may have their service time reduced or be asked to reschedule. (Please notify us as soon as possible)

No-Show Policy:

  • A "no-show" is when a client misses an appointment without canceling in advance.

  • No-shows will be charged 50% of the service fee.

  • Repeated no-shows may result in denial of future bookings.

Cancellations:

  • Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance to avoid fees.

  • Cancellations within or after 24 hours may be subjected to a 50% service fee charge.

Health and Safety:

  • Please inform your technician of any medical conditions, allergies, or injuries prior to your service.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason related to health, safety, or inappropriate behavior.

  • Menstrual Policy: Brazilian services can still be performed during your menstrual cycle; however, we kindly ask that you wear a tampon or menstrual cup during the service for hygiene and comfort purposes.

Booking & Payment Policy:

  • A valid credit or debit card is required to reserve your appointment. Your card will only be charged at the end of your service or in the event of a late cancellation or no-show, in accordance with our cancellation policy.

  • NO EXTRA GUESTS ARE ALLOWED.

  • NO CHILDREN ALLOWED.

  • COVID-19 Policy: Clients who cancel/reschedule their appointment after the 24 hour cancellation period or same day due to testing positive for COVID or have been exposed will be charged 50% of the total service(s), which will be applied to your rescheduled visit.

We recognize the time of our clients and staff is valuable and have implemented this policy for this reason. When you miss an appointment with us, we not only lose your business, but also the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled an appointment for the same time. 
-Please be aware and considerate of this when scheduling your appointments with us. 

By booking and entering your credit card details online you are agreeing to ALL of these policies.
